Socio-Economic Development
Risctec has an uncompromising attitude of care towards individuals and communities less fortunate than ourselves. Since early 2010 we have established a very close relationship with Oliver’s House, Nomthandazo Children’s Centre which has evolved over time to what is now called Oliver’s Village – a sustainable development project which will meet the needs of people now but without compromising the needs of future generations. This type of long term project lies at the very heart of Risctec’s commitment to Socio-economic development and we have continued to participate in this long term, ambitious and successful project in a variety of enriching ways.
Please take the time to view the photographs taken between 2010 and 2015 and see for yourself the life changing experience for the young people of Oliver’s Village.

As the beneficiaries of such initiatives increase so the facilities used to pro-vide them become stretched to the limit. The concept of Oliver’s Village is aimed at consolidating all the above services plus extra facilities under one roof.
Again, this type of long term project lies at the heart of Risctec’s commitment to Socio-economic development. We wish to be actively involved in a venture where the visible signs of real progress in a community is evident.
